Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative and a member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for client prospecting as part of our North American market development project. Using professional sales techniques, you will be actively involved in the proposal process with potential clients.

 

  • Generate leads and contribute to the development of Fidelio ERP's North American market by actively converting new opportunities into target accounts;
  • Conduct solicitation calls aimed at corporate clients;
  • Develop a network of contacts by participating in events, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
  • Identify market opportunities to build strong business relationships and a solid pipeline of prospects;
  • Document best practices with our ERP solution and share them with clients and prospects;
  • Follow up with potential clients and the Sales and Marketing team;
  • Stay informed about new features and updates to the Fidelio product.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and determination to meet sales goals;
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills;
  • Shows strong written and verbal communication skills for interpersonal exchanges;
  • Effectively manages time in a dynamic sales environment;
  • Exhibits excellent learning ability;
  • Displays exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Has a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as commerce or sales, or equivalent work experience;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in IT product sales;
  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact with our anglophone prospects and clients;
  • Strong understanding of the target clientele and SME operations management;
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, or other systems project management (an asset).
