Sales Representative – Software Solutions (SaaS)

As a Sales Representative - Software Solutions (SaaS) and member of the Sales and Marketing team, your primary role will be to conduct initial demonstrations of our Fidelio ERP software for prospective and potential clients. You will also be involved in client prospecting and qualification as part of our growth in the North American market. Relying on professional sales techniques, you will play an active role in developing opportunities and commercial proposals.

 

  • Conduct initial demonstrations of Fidelio to showcase its key features, benefits, and added value to prospective and potential clients;
  • Generate leads and contribute to the development of Fidelio ERP's North American market by actively converting new opportunities into target accounts;
  • Make prospecting calls to corporate clients, targeting and engaging key decision-makers (President, VP, Directors, etc.);
  • Develop a network of contacts by participating in events, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
  • Identify market opportunities to build strong business relationships and a solid pipeline of prospects;
  • Document best practices with our ERP solution and share them with clients and prospects;
  • Follow up with potential clients and the Sales and Marketing team;
  • Stay informed about new features and updates to the Fidelio product.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and determination to meet sales goals;
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills;
  • Shows strong written and verbal communication skills for interpersonal exchanges;
  • Effectively manages time in a dynamic sales environment;
  • Exhibits excellent learning ability;
  • Displays exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Has a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as commerce or sales, or equivalent work experience;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, in IT product sales;
  • Excellent English and French skills, both written and spoken. Bilingualism is required to communicate daily with our English-speaking prospects and clients;
  • Strong understanding of the target clientele and SME operations management;
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, or other systems project management (an asset);
  • Valid driver's license.
