Job description

Telemarketer

Under the authority of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Telemarketer will make outgoing phone calls to solicit new business opportunities from potential customers. The main task is to expand into the Ontario market.

Main responsibilities

Required qualifications

Prospecting targeted business customers over the phone;
Promote services offered by Commsoft Technologies (ERP software maker);
Book and confirm appointments;
Provide courteous and professional customer service;
Identify customers’ needs and expectations;
Follow up effectively with potential customers and the Sales and Marketing Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent oral and written communication skills while showing respect, diplomacy and judgement;
Patient and autonomous;
Goal- and results-driven;
Diligent and meticulous.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in telephone prospecting;
CRM-related experience is an asset;
Fluency in French and English, written and oral (Ontario calls will be made in English);
High-level customer service.
