Marketing Manager

Under the authority of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager designs and implements targeted marketing strategies to promote our ERP software, Fidelio, in the North American market. He leads the marketing team to generate qualified leads and optimize sales.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Fidelio ERP software on the North American market;
  • Generate qualified leads for the marketing team (Sales Alignment & Marketing);
  • Elaborate and coordinate the strategy and content planning;
  • Put in place automation scenarios based on the sales cycles;
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns based on the results using analysis tools such as Google Analytics;
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team, while working closely with the sales team;
  • Follow up with prospects and score to enable nurturing;
  • Put in place the visual design of the marketing material;
  • Optimize the various web media (Site, Landing Pages) to enhance conversion;
  • Put in place, optimize and analyze the various levers (SE), SEM, Social) to acquire traffic and increase conversion;
  • Monitor new and relevant channels (online / offline)  for our targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Is able to think strategically and elaborate marketing plans in line with the company objectives;
  • Has experience managing teams and possesses leadership skills;
  • Is organized and rigorous and can work independently;
  • Can build and maintain positive relationships with the various stakeholders;
  • Is able to create attractive and relevant content;
  • Is strong at planning, executing and monitoring the progress of marketing projects while following deadlines and budgets;
  • Is able to create and generate a marketing budget, effectively allocate resources and maximize the return on investment;
  • Masters spoken and written French and English to be able to communicate with our stakeholders on the English-speaking markets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree in marketing, communication or any other relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B (Business to Business) marketing;
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media);
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign/XD;
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Ability to generate automated CRM campaigns and use tools such as Pipedrive;
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions and the needs of businesses who use them;
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and its application (some initial successes);
  • Experience in marketing on the English-speaking North American markets, a considerable asset.
