Job description

Quality Assurance Automation Analyst

Under the supervision of the director of business solutions and innovation, the analyst in quality assurance automation implements a test automation strategy for our Fidelio ERP software. The analyst deploys all the tools to detect system failures and anomalie, from creation to delivery to customer, and ensures the former can be reproduced, understood and adequately documented.

Main responsibilities

Designs and runs software tests and validations in accordance with established norms
Contributes to implementing automated tests
Ensures the quality of developments in collaboration with programmer analysts
Updates and revises documents
Promotes best practices relative to developments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Be rigorous, organized and meticulous in all aspects of the work;
Be autonomous;
Be able to learn and adapt rapidly;
Have a logical approach;
Have advanced analytical skills;
Be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
Be able to synthesize;
Be able to work in a team and understand the roles of the various actors in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Hold a university degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a relevant domain or a combination of training and experience relevant to the position;
Master automated test tools (Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, etc.);
Master the Python programming language;
Understand the Agile methodology and quality assurance principles;
Have a good understanding of SQL;
Good oral and written communication skills in French.
Understand the processes and contexts of a small business, an asset.
