Électrimat is a wholesaler and retailer specialized in electrical equipment, heating and lighting fixtures. Founded in 1980, the company was bought in 2011 by Christian Grenier and Mathieu Legris who wanted to breathe new life into the Quebec SME and to further develop it.
With that goal in mind, they needed to fully modernize the technologically ailing company. Électrimat needed a management software adapted to its activities as a distributor and retailer to better track its results and profit margins. It was also important for Électrimat to work with a local team and use an intuitive system in French to make it easier to implement and for user to adopt. In 2015, the SME chose Fidelio ERP.
